Home visits and remote support
I can provide local home / work visits and remote support to your home or office. I cover Newcastle, Tyneside and Gateshead. West London and Central London by arrangement. Home visits and remote support are particularly useful if you have bulky equipment to carry, equipment with lots of leads to reconnect, or no access to a car. Or you can’t easily get out of your home or office.
So there’s no need to bring your PC or laptop to me, as I provide help on site (locally), including computer maintenance and training. I provide technical support for any PC or laptop. I deal with all major brands. These include Acer, Asus, Compaq, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Novatech, Packard Bell and Sony.
Remote support
Wherever you are, some problems can be fixed over the phone and a remote connection, and for many people, it is the preferred option. Easy peasy.
Depending on your availability, I can usually respond to your PC and home tech problems very quickly, often the same or next working day.

The remote software makes it incredibly easy to set and use a connection that lets me take temporary control of another PC from our computer.

Secure remote connections can allow me to assist you in solving computer problems, either by showing what steps to take via screen sharing, or with permission, taking control of the desktop and performing a task remotely. I can also provide remote tuition using the same technology.
