For the time being, I am not offering physical face to face meetings. Absolutely no travelling.
This is because many of my clients are clinically vulnerable people, meaning that they are at higher risk of severe illness from coronavirus. Some may be shielding, and some may have undiagnosed health conditions. I do not want to put anyone, including myself and my family at any undue risk.
Remote support continues to be available, is a good option for many computer issues, and means there’s one less journey on the roads or Metro. This means I can continue supporting you during your self-isolation and help to avoid spreading the virus.
If you have a Windows 10 PC / laptop (non Mac) that you can sign into and a working internet connection, I can offer my help. You don’t need any special computer skill to get remote help from me.
Important: NEVER allow ANYONE who calls you from out of the blue claiming to be from Microsoft or any other tech company to remotely take control of your PC, for any reason.
Microsoft nor Apple will never call you from out of the blue to tell you that your PC has a problem.
If someone ever does call claiming to be from Microsoft, an antivirus provider or any other company, you can safely assume that the person on the other end of the line is a hacker or scammer, NOT an employee of that company!
